View All Notes
Xmind's View All Notes feature consolidates all notes from your mind map into a single, easily accessible location, eliminating the need to click through each note individually. This centralized view not only simplifies note review but also enhances navigability.
Benefits of View All Notes function
The View All Notes feature provides a convenient way to see and search all your notes that were once scattered throughout the map requiring one-by-one clicking. Now, these notes are consolidated into one location for easy viewing. Clicking on an overview in View All Notes will direct you immediately to the topic of the note.
How to use View All Notes
Mouse over the added note and right click to select View All Notes.
Click on the top menu bar View > Navigation Panel > Note.
Or you can call up the Navigation Panel by using a combination of shortcuts, then click on Note as shown below.
