Copy/Paste Style
Xmind makes it easy to synchronize the visual styles of your mind maps by allowing you to copy styles from one topic and paste them onto another. This feature ensures consistency and saves time, especially when working on complex mind maps. Additionally, Xmind offers a way to revert any changes to the default style with the Reset Style feature.
Copying and Pasting Style
After customizing the style of a topic, right-click on it and select Copy Style.
Navigate to the topic you wish to apply the style to, right-click, and then choose Paste Style.
This method allows you to quickly synchronize the visual appearance of multiple topics within your mind map.
Resetting to Default Style
If you’re not satisfied with the changes, you can easily revert to the original style:
Right-click on the modified topic and select Reset Style to return it to its default appearance.
