Preferences
In Xmind, users can customize their preferences based on individual needs, including appearance, display language, default zoom ratio, and more.
How to Access Preferences
On Mac, navigate to Xmind > Preferences to open the preferences panel; on Windows, click the hamburger menu in the toolbar’s top-left corner > Preferences. Alternatively, use the shortcut Command + , (Mac) or Control + , (Windows).

Additional Options:
After making your selections, click Apply to finalize your settings.
Sharing Settings
In the sharing section, hover over the corresponding share icon to choose which sharing options to hide, such as Email, Evernote, Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest.
