Introducing a Useful Feature You May not Be Familiar with in XMind: ZEN

Quickly Mark Topics

Ever made a to-do list and wanted to mark one of the tasks as important? Or simply wanted to quickly cross out completed tasks? XMind: ZEN lets you quickly mark main topics and subtopics as

• Very Important

• Important

• Cross Out

• Default

Sometimes we may want to unify the style of the same marked topics, whether they are main topics or subtopics. But it will be time-wasting if we have to change the style of every topic, especially when you have a large mind map. With XMind: ZEN, you can quickly and easily unify the style of the same marked topics with just one click.

To make a beautiful mind map, it’s important to have a unified style for topics at the same level. But it’s time-consuming to repeatedly set the style for each topic. Luckily, XMind: ZEN provide a perfect solution.

After we set the style of subtopic Theme, we will see an Update link in the upper-right corner of the Format panel.
